About Bi Nisa Cafe
Founded in 2017, Bi Nisa Cafe is a family owned and operated business in the heart of Puerto Escondido Mexico. We specialize in freshly roasted coffee, chocolate, nut butters, natural jams, salsas and pastries. Our founder, Ricardo Vasquez’s passion for coffee and natural organic products used his decade of experience in the coffee industry to create Bi Nisa Cafe. We invite you to come and experience our Cafe, try our products and see the difference this level of passion and expertise makes.
Our Coffee
Our Coffee is brought from the Sierra Madre Mountains of State of Oaxaca. We specialize in light, medium and dark roasts and custom grounds for different types of equipment such as: French Press, Italian Mochas, Espresso Machine or just the regular coffee maker.
Our Bakery
In addition to our coffee, we have a delicious bakery that makes cinamon buns, breakfast cakes and pastries. We also make delicious chocolates, butters (peanut, almond, pumpkin seed), honey, jams (hibiscus flower, pineapple, mango, tamarind, apple, peach, pear).
